Racial Justice
This is a depiction of the iconic "Black Lives Matter"graphic with the letters embellished by portraits of church figures. We owe these leaders of African or Caribbean descent a great debt. If, in this historic moment, you are asking yourself what you should be doing, look to any of these figures for direction. In fact, many of these are people without whose leadership we would already be lost. The design features Miriam, Phillis Wheatley, Desmond Tutu, Addie Mae Collins, Cynthia Wesley, Denise McNair, Carole Robertson, Perpetua, Felicitas, W.E.B Du Bois, Harriet Tubman, Moses, Tamir Rice, Toni Morrison, Martin King, Sojourner Truth, James Cone, Aaron, Augustine, and Ms. Fannie Lou Hamer.
